Overview

As an Ad Operations Coordinator at Sojern, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing ad campaigns to ensure they meet client objectives and deliver exceptional results. You will collaborate closely with Customer Support Managers, Analysts, and other internal teams to handle the execution, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of campaigns throughout their lifecycle.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising.
• Strong understanding of campaign operations.
• Proactive in identifying areas for improvement.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues independently.
• Proficiency in data analysis using tools like Excel, BigQuery, or Tableau.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
