Overview

The Senior Strategic Account Manager will be a key member of Socure’s Growth team, responsible for managing major financial accounts and driving sales through consultative relationships.

In Short

  • Own major financial existing accounts.
  • Drive sales and ongoing consultative relationships.
  • Implement strategic account plans for enterprise-wide deployments.
  • Identify expansion and up-sell opportunities.
  • Manage time-to-revenue timelines post-contract signing.
  • Coordinate technical resources for up-sell opportunities.
  • Act as an escalation point for renewals strategy.
  • Analyze customer data to propose new ideas.
  • Become an expert on Socure’s solutions through training.
  • Work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Requirements

  • BA/BS required.
  • Minimum 8 years experience in Account Management.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of quota achievement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with adaptability to change.
  • Salesforce knowledge.
  • SaaS background.
  • Analytical capabilities with data storytelling.
