In Short

• Design and implement automated functional health checks for DR and production environments.
• Build continuous validation pipelines for end-to-end business workflows.
• Develop intelligent alerting mechanisms based on functional failures.
• Integrate observability signals with automated test frameworks.
• Develop AI/ML-driven approaches for failure detection and root cause identification.
• Build systems for automated remediation actions.
• Partner with QA, SRE, and Engineering teams to improve service reliability.
• Define and report on functional SLAs and quality metrics.
• Contribute to disaster recovery drills and automated validation efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA Automation, SDET, or related fields.
• Experience with automated test frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Jest).
• Cloud experience, preferably AWS.
• Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic).
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript, Python, or Java.
• Experience with end-to-end test strategies for distributed systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills across application and infrastructure layers.
