Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 12+ years of experience in a Technical Support environment.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and process-oriented mindset.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud computing security concepts.
• Expert knowledge of internet protocols and troubleshooting.
• High proficiency with system troubleshooting on various operating systems.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or .NET.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools.
