Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years of sales experience, including HQ-level.
  • 5+ years of large sales team management experience.
  • Strong customer management skills with syndicated data sources.
  • Understanding of P&L Management and Trade Promotion Management.
  • Experience in food categories is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence all organization levels.
  • Self-motivated with strong change management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven.
