Overview

SMT GB is looking for a dedicated Regional Service Delivery Manager to oversee our service operations in our North region. This role is crucial in ensuring that our heavy machinery services are delivered to our customers efficiently and effectively, ensuring maximum satisfaction and operational excellence.

In Short

  • Monitor and drive customer satisfaction through coaching and development of the team.
  • Set and cascade organisation, team and individual objectives.
  • Ensure the Customer Support Centres are maintained.
  • Support and work with wider business to improve employee life cycle events.
  • Implement continuous improvement in relation to process and solutions.
  • Ensure internal communication and collaboration for and between teams.
  • Lead and support QESH activity.
  • Support the cover of the Service Delivery Manager roles in times of absence.
