Overview

The Manager of Customer Success and Account Management is responsible for leading a team focused on maximizing client satisfaction and retention through effective relationship management and proactive problem-solving.

  • Knowledge of healthcare benefits and pharmacy benefits.
  • Strong focus on customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented work ethic.
  • Expert conflict resolution skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel 10-15% of the time.
