Overview

The Manager, Account Management at HighLevel is responsible for leading and developing high-performing account management teams to drive customer success and retention in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

In Short

  • Lead and coach the Account Management team to achieve KPIs.
  • Conduct performance conversations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and improve team performance.
  • Act as an escalation point for high-severity customer issues.
  • Own hiring, team design, and performance reviews.
  • Support Enterprise engagement strategy for strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain account health.
  • Champion a customer-first mindset and capture client feedback.
  • Provide technical resources and problem resolution support.
  • Other duties may be assigned based on business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent SaaS leadership experience preferred.
  • 5+ years leading customer-facing teams in SaaS environments.
  • 3+ years in staffing, hiring, and performance management.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong technical aptitude for guiding teams in using the platform.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making and analytics.
  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills for problem-solving.
  • Experience with CRM systems and SaaS tools is a plus.
