We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Reservation and Channel Distribution Manager to join our dynamic team.

In Short

• Manage and oversee listings across all OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.).
• Optimize listings for maximum visibility and conversion.
• Ensure compliance with OTA-specific guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments for real-time updates.
• Use channel management tools to maintain synchronization.
• Troubleshoot system or integration issues.
• Monitor and report on listing performance.
• Liaise with OTA account managers for updates and trends.
• Identify opportunities for expanding distribution.
• Support guest relations during emergencies.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of OTA platforms and policies.
• Experience with channel management tools.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with short-term rental industry practices.
• Strong English communication skills; other languages are a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
