Overview

BNB IN DUBAI is a fast-growing membership-based community helping Airbnb hosts and rental entrepreneurs scale their businesses. We are looking for a Membership Growth & Funnel Optimisation Manager to take charge of revenue growth by running ads, optimising funnels, and improving monetisation strategies.

In Short

• Increase revenue from Skool memberships, courses, and mentorship programs through optimised funnels.
• Build and manage high-converting sales funnels to maximise customer lifetime value.
• Develop and execute new revenue strategies to expand community monetisation.
• Work alongside the content team to repurpose recordings into structured courses or other sellable digital products.
• Run Google, Meta, and TikTok ads, optimising for cost efficiency and conversions.
• Write compelling sales page copy for courses, mentorships, and Skool memberships.
• Set up and manage automation workflows using Zapier and System.io.
• Continuously improve the tech ecosystem to enhance efficiency and revenue.
• 3+ years of experience in funnel optimisation or community monetisation.
• Strong experience in copywriting for sales pages and email marketing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in funnel optimisation, course sales, or community monetisation.
• Proven success in building and optimising high-converting funnels for online courses or businesses.
• Strong experience in copywriting for sales pages and email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with System.io for funnel execution.
• Experience running and optimising Google, Meta, and TikTok ads.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Hotjar.
• Highly organised, proactive, and tech-savvy.
• Experience in marketing for SaaS products is a plus but not required.
