• Be the principal point of contact for guests, ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and safety throughout their stay.
• Manage and optimize guest communications from booking to checkout.
• Assist with payment processing to ensure smooth financial transactions.
• Coordinate with the on-site team for quick resolution of issues.
• Proactively identify guests' needs and foster strong relationships.
• Manage guest reviews to maintain a 5-star rating.
• Maintain accurate records of guest registration.
• Utilize digital tools and software to optimize guest services.

Requirements

• Outstanding English communication skills; Arabic fluency is mandatory.
• Ability to work any shift within a 24-hour coverage schedule.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Independent worker with a flexible mindset.
• Experience in short-term rentals and familiarity with platforms like Airbnb.
• Experience with systems like HostAway and Slack is advantageous.
• Reliable and high-speed internet connection is essential.
