Overview

Smartsheet is seeking a Manager, L&C Instructional Design. As the Manager, you will lead a team of instructional designers supporting both customer and internal education initiatives, developing learning experiences that span self-paced eLearning, instructor-led training, and enablement materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years in instructional design or educational content creation.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience designing for external and internal audiences.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to partner across various teams.
• Experience gathering requirements from SMEs.
• Familiarity with measuring effectiveness of learning solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with tools like Smartsheet and Articulate is a plus.
