Associate AI Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate AI Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and maintaining AI-powered tools and resources specifically within our Salesforce environment to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our technical support operations.

• Collaborate with others to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that automate routine tasks.
• Ensure seamless integration of AI tools into existing platforms.
• Assist in collecting and preparing data for AI model training.
• Evaluate and fine-tune AI models for optimal results.
• Help develop chatbots and virtual assistants.
• Present findings to stakeholders, technical and non-technical.
• Research and stay updated on AI and machine learning advancements.
• Monitor performance of deployed AI tools and perform maintenance.
• Provide training and support to end-users on AI tools.
• Create and maintain documentation for AI tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience with AI/ML concepts.
• Experience designing and deploying AI solutions, preferably in Salesforce.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language for AI development.
• Experience with cloud-based AI services.
• Understanding of software sales and support operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Right to work in the UK for any employer on an ongoing basis.
