Overview

The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing marketing campaigns to drive engagement and demand for SMART solutions, working cross-functionally with regional teams.

  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans for SMART's lines of business.
  • Optimize demand generation campaigns to drive engagement and leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence global demand generation strategies.
  • Ensure alignment with brand messaging and localize marketing strategies.
  • Manage regional events to enhance audience experiences and generate leads.
  • Work with channel partners to develop co-marketing plans.
  • Create engaging content and marketing assets.
  • Provide reports on engagement and demand generation metrics.
  • Manage campaign budgets and recommend adjustments based on performance.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a regional marketing or campaign role.
  • Knowledge of B2B and Digital Marketing best practices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Hubspot and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to new technologies.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Additional languages such as Hindi, Tamil, or Gujarati are a plus.
