Overview

We’re looking for a high-energy, dynamic, and passionate Key Account Manager (KAM) for our strategic clients. You’ll be responsible for managing your portfolio, ensuring customers are happy and willing to stay, upgrade, and expand.

In Short

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with current clients.
  • Consult with customers to find solutions to problems in document lifecycle management.
  • Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions.
  • Consolidate customer feedback and collaborate with Product Managers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for specific accounts.
  • Ensure accounts receive services within budget.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Focus on revenue retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to increase efficiency.
  • Document all customer interactions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing Key accounts in a B2B tech environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS sales.
  • Fluent in German (absolute must).
  • Strong technical background.
  • Self-motivated and able to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to craft meaningful value propositions.
