Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of B2B Sales to lead our business development and sales efforts in the B2B space. This role will be critical in driving revenue growth by forming and expanding strategic partnerships with virtual care providers, healthcare organizations, physicians, sleep centers, hospitals, insurance companies, and other key stakeholders.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for growth in key B2B segments.
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with healthcare providers and other relevant entities.
  • Drive consistent and sustainable revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers within healthcare organizations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (7+ years) in B2B sales leadership, ideally in healthcare.
  • In-depth understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
