Overview

As a Client Success Manager at Slang.ai, you will manage a portfolio of single-location restaurants, ensuring they receive excellent service from onboarding to renewal, while driving customer adoption and success.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success or account management.
  • Experience with small businesses or the restaurant industry is a plus.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Grit and determination to ensure customer success.
  • Flexibility and openness to feedback.
  • Preferred experience with SaaS tools or voice technology.
