Overview

The Junior Account Executive will be responsible for acquiring new recurring revenues through closing Mid-Market deals in the DACH region while contributing to the company's mission of becoming the leading e-signature platform.

  • Responsible for acquiring new recurring revenue by closing Mid-Market deals.
  • Qualify leads with greater potential and prepare handovers to the sales team.
  • Work on process optimization with Revenue Operations for automation.
  • Maintain data quality in CRM and make data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct negotiations, create offers, and finalize contracts.
  • Continuously analyze markets to identify opportunities and respond to changes.

Requirements

  • Initial experience in sales, customer service, or a similar position in B2B and SaaS.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Strong communication skills and a convincing presence.
  • Enjoyment of customer outreach and strong negotiation skills.
  • Structured and independent work style.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot) and Google Workspace.
  • French language skills and Swiss German are a plus.
