Overview

The Senior Customer Success Manager will support and advise customers on integrating Skribble into their business processes, ensuring they derive maximum value from the e-signing platform.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Sales/Customer Success in a SaaS environment.
• Experience in identifying upsell opportunities.
• Independent stakeholder management in complex projects.
• Experience negotiating renewals and add-on contracts.
• Native German speaker, fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Strong communication and empathy skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
