Overview

As a Graphic Designer at Skribble, you will play a key role in enhancing the company’s presence in the DACH region by creating engaging marketing materials and visual assets.

In Short

• Design various marketing materials including websites, blogs, and advertisements.
• Develop visuals for digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and evolve design guidelines for consistent branding.
• Organize and manage the creative asset library.
• Understand the brand and audience for optimized design.
• Collaborate closely with team members on visual assets.
• Manage graphic design projects from concept to completion.
• Present creative ideas to stakeholders and adapt designs based on feedback.
• Revise ads and campaigns based on performance data.
• Support daily image selection and formatting for various channels.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a startup or SaaS B2B environment.
• Strong design portfolio with a variety of creative projects.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and their application in design.
• Degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
