Requirements

• 8+ years in B2B marketing, with 4+ years in partner marketing roles.
• Proven success in building partner marketing programs.
• Experience leading marketing teams in matrixed environments.
• Strong understanding of partner program frameworks.
• Familiarity with channel partner models and technology ecosystems.
• Excellent collaboration skills with stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with fluency in performance metrics.
• High-agency operator with a bias for measurable impact.
