Overview

Perforce is searching for a Senior Partner Ecosystem Manager for Perforce’s Data Management, Compliance and Testing brands, to join the team. We are looking for an individual to strategically recruit, enable, and drive sales through and with partners to end-user customers and prospects.

In Short

  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas within the territory.
  • Drive partner-driven sales activity to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Recruit, qualify, and onboard high-potential partners.
  • Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key resellers and integrators.
  • Execute joint marketing campaigns with partners.
  • Provide governance of sales analysis and pipeline reviews.
  • Manage potential partner conflicts and foster communication.
  • Maintain knowledge of Perforce products and industry trends.
  • Travel approximately 50% of the time.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partner sales.
  • Success in managing relationships with Federal VARs and GSI’s.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Proven history of exceeding software sales quotas.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Strong technical understanding.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
  • Ability to develop innovative partner engagement strategies.
