Overview

We are looking for a strategic and analytical Revenue Operations professional to help align and optimise our go-to-market teams. In this role, you’ll play a key role in unifying go-to-market teams, aligning goals, and helping the organisation achieve sustainable revenue growth.

In Short

  • Collaborate with regional leadership to design and execute revenue strategies.
  • Analyse regional performance metrics to identify trends and prepare reports.
  • Streamline the sales and implementation cycle to improve conversion rates.
  • Facilitate communication between sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and contribute to revenue forecasting.
  • Manage and optimise sales and marketing technologies.
  • Gather market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
  • Assist in managing the budget for revenue operations initiatives.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in revenue operations or sales operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets experience is essential.
  • Proven experience in process optimisation and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales/marketing technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
