Industry Principal - High Tech - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced digital strategist to provide strategic guidance for our customers in the High Tech industry as well as to our internal sales teams around the globe.

In Short

• Develop strategic relationships with High Tech customers at the executive level.
• Engage with Account Executives to create strategic account plans.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Lead customer transformation and road mapping workshops.
• Conduct Digital Experience Maturity Assessments.
• Develop ROI business cases for discussions with customers.
• Share best practices and industry knowledge with sales executives.
• Create industry-specific materials for internal use.
• Deliver thought leadership at industry events and conferences.
• Collaborate effectively with Sales and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in digital marketing or business leadership.
• Expertise in storytelling with financial metrics.
• Proven experience in developing thought leadership.
• Ability to present to large audiences.
• Experience in workshop facilitation.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly with C-Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Sitecore products is a plus.
