Overview

The Director, Channels and Alliances will play a crucial role in driving Simpplr’s growth strategy by increasing partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue through strong relationships with key partners.

In Short

  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Establish and maintain exceptional partner relationships.
  • Develop and manage a joint business plan with each partner.
  • Create and deliver partner enablement programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to generate leads.
  • Assist Simpplr AEs and AMs with joint engagement opportunities.
  • Monitor and report achievements to the executive team.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience managing strategic ISV and service partners.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue goals.
  • Experience developing partnerships from infancy to $1M+ revenue.
  • Experience with partner enablement programs.
  • Prior experience with GSIs and strategy consulting firms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with other teams.
