  • Act as the primary technical support contact for international customers.

  • Maintain documentation in Jira and Salesforce.
  • Perform data analysis to uncover patterns or anomalies.
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting and customer support.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
  • EU-based location strongly preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in technical support or engineering roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience in technical troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with command line tools and structured data analysis.
  • Experience with Jira, Salesforce, or equivalent systems.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience supporting BPO processes is a plus.
  • Interest in AI workflows or emerging support tools is a plus.
  • Comfort with visual data outputs for system validation.
  • Deep customer empathy and ability to balance urgency and quality.
