Enterprise Solutions Engineer - Retail Tech - Remote

Overview

Simbe is looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to enable customers to get the very best from innovative Tally solutions within our customers’ existing retail ecosystems. In this role, you will act as the technical expert and trusted advisor, ensuring seamless integration of Tally into various data platforms, orchestrating data flows, and optimizing user adoption of Simbe’s core applications.

In Short

• Engage with retail clients to understand their store operations and data requirements.
• Define end-to-end integration strategies and technical architectures.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on Simbe’s products and offerings.
• Develop pilot use cases and demos showcasing Tally’s data capture.
• Guide the implementation process and manage data flows.
• Partner with Customer Success and Product teams for user adoption strategies.
• Maintain proactive communication with key stakeholders for support.
• Stay up to date with retail technology trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, with 3-5 years in solutions engineering.
• Proven background in integrating retail systems like POS, ERP, and WMS.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, Python, and SQL.
• Track record of designing and delivering integrated solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional implementation projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
