Overview

We are seeking a Decision Scientist to help elevate our client-facing functions—Sales, Customer Success, Customer Strategy, and Marketing—by turning data into actionable insights that drive deeper client relationships and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in decision science or analytics.
• Proven track record in bridging analytics with commercial objectives.
• Adept at synthesizing complex data into business recommendations.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting insights.
