In Short

• Partner with Sales teams to identify important questions and answer them with data.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain predictive models.
• Provide recommendations to improve sales processes and forecasting accuracy.
• Design and implement scalable tools for sales intelligence insights.
• Work closely with sales and operations leaders to develop success metrics.
• Build tooling to provide insights to the sales team.
• Design, build, and update end-to-end data pipelines.
• Influence sales and GTM strategy through experimentation and analysis.
• Automate actionable models and dashboards.
• Craft data stories and share findings across the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience working with data to solve problems.
• Excellent SQL skills and good knowledge of statistics.
• Proven track record of delivering actionable analysis.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong growth mindset and sense of ownership.
• Experience working with sales teams.
