  • Drive continuous improvement in Solutions Engineering.
  • Commit to enterprise customer success.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Architect.
  • Strong technical acumen and presentation skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems independently.
  • Proven time management skills.
  • Experience with APIs and data integration.
  • Familiarity with managing enterprise POCs and RFPs.
  • Experience selling AI or technical products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to once a month.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and similar platforms is a plus.
