Overview

The Technical Customer Support Specialist at Acquire BPO will provide technical support for RingCentral's cloud-based communication solutions, assisting customers with troubleshooting, inquiries, and technical problems.

Requirements

  • At least a High School Graduate.
  • 1 year of experience in Technical Support.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of VOIP and networking.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Networking or IT certification is a plus.
  • Above-average typing speed.
