Senior Revenue Analyst - Remote

Overview

RingCentral is seeking a high-energy, hands-on Senior Revenue Data Analyst to join their innovative Finance Team, focusing on developing, validating, and maintaining financial and revenue-related reports.

In Short

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports for revenue and financial analysis.
• Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau or other BI tools.
• Develop ETL workflows using tools like Tableau Prep and Informatica.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
• Work with large datasets including queries on Hive, Impala, and Snowflake.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and D&A teams to gather requirements.
• Track and resolve data/reporting issues, document fixes, and maintain specifications.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities required.
• 5–6 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or BI development.
• Strong understanding of financial data and business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and data modelling concepts.
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI platforms.
• Familiarity with ETL tools such as Tableau Prep, OBIEE, or Informatica.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, analytical mindset.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities.
