Overview

As a Senior Revenue Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the Revenue Operations organization at BambooHR, driving growth and profitability through insightful analysis that influences strategic decision-making.

• Partner with Sales Leadership to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with data engineering, FP&A, and Product teams.
• Build operational forecasts and conduct strategic funnel analysis.
• Analyze KPIs and unit economics of the sales model.
• Identify trends and variances across sales segments.
• Create compelling dashboards and reports using data visualizations.
• Manage data sets for sales leaders and teams.
• Meet with stakeholders to scope future projects.
• Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards.
• Prepare recurring reports for leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic analytical roles focused on sales analytics.
• Proficient in SQL and Python with relevant libraries.
• Expertise in Tableau for data visualization.
• Strong Excel skills for data manipulation.
• Experience with Salesforce for reporting.
• Ability to collaborate with senior leadership.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of operations.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to tell compelling stories with data.
• Experience in SaaS industry is a plus.
