Overview

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist at ArborMetrix, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a high-quality support experience while managing customer inquiries and coordinating with various teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2-5 years of relevant experience

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
