Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Attention to detail and strong logical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk.
  • Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Eagerness to learn about technology.
  • Familiarity with major OTAs is a plus.
