Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for achieving assigned regional sales and profitability plan and maintaining WBA’s leading sector position through execution of project-specific direct sales activities to contractors, and influencing specification of products by interacting with owners and engineers.

In Short

  • Service the Midwest, Great Lakes Region.
  • Work remotely and travel in a designated territory.
  • Report to the National Sales Manager.
  • Achieve assigned regional sales and profitability plan.
  • Execute project-specific direct sales activities.
  • Interact with owners and engineers to influence product specifications.
  • Timely and accurate reporting of sales objectives.
  • Create relationships with key influencers.
  • Develop and maintain account and business relationships.
  • Interface daily with buying customers and sales representatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • Two or more years of relevant sales experience in commercial construction.
  • Knowledge of the bridge and tunnel market.
  • Accountable for sales and profit results.
  • Incorporate modern marketing techniques.
  • Timely reporting of sales objectives and account management.
  • Technical capabilities for product recommendations.
