Overview

The Enablement Business Partner, Customer Teams strategically partners with the Customer Growth leadership team to establish what it means to be the best, identify needs/gaps, and create enablement programs to close the gap for account managers.

In Short

  • Design and deliver GTM training programs to reduce ramp time and increase performance.
  • Leverage skill assessments to develop and deliver enablement activities.
  • Perform needs assessments to identify gaps and enablement opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with customer growth team leadership.
  • Manage scaled enablement programs as part of cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership and marketing on asset development.
  • Analyse and track enablement metrics for program effectiveness.
  • Support front-line managers in coaching activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and define objectives for programs.
  • Ensure adherence to Showpad's Value Selling methodology.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in revenue enablement, customer success, or sales.
  • Proven track record of effective sales enablement programs.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Organized and self-starting with multiple priorities.
  • Ability to gain credibility at all levels.
  • Experience with sales enablement technologies.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work in a global team virtually.
