Customer and Partner Enablement Trainer - Remote

Overview

The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced trainer with a SaaS background, who is ready to be part of building a Customer and Partner Enablement team from the ground up at a high-growth company.

In Short

• Deliver high-quality learning experiences for a range of audiences.
• Lead virtual enablement sessions on the Ironclad product suite.
• Conduct in-person training, including preparation and follow-up activities.
• Partner with Instructional Designers to improve training materials.
• Work closely with customers to customize training agendas.
• Create and experiment with new training engagement strategies.
• Become an expert on the Ironclad product.
• Represent Ironclad at in-person events.
• Support GTM teams on upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• 2-3 years experience providing training, preferably in SaaS.
• Tech savvy and analytical.
• Self-starter and quick learner.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for in-person events (up to 30%).
