Overview

Attentive is seeking a Senior Enablement Partner to lead strategic enablement programs for our Strategic and Enterprise Customer Success teams, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed.

In Short

  • Deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for new hires.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design effective enablement programming.
  • Strategize and deliver enablement materials to engage customers.
  • Maintain a library of enablement content.
  • Manage projects and ensure quality deliverables.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for enablement programs.
  • Establish communication channels with leadership and teams.
  • Partner with Learning Experience Designers for educational materials.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
  • 1-3 years in Customer Success.
  • 2 years in enablement or training, SaaS experience preferred.
  • Project/program management experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in developing training programs and tools.
  • Proven track record of driving business results through enablement.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with enablement tools like Salesforce and others.
