Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in Customer Success preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in Training or Enablement.
  • 3 years of management experience in Customer Success or Enablement.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for complex ideas.
  • Ability to influence change across a global organization.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Outstanding prioritization and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior executives.
  • Experience in coaching and developing team members.
