Requirements

• 2+ years of technical leadership or management experience in software engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in architecting and maintaining complex systems.
• Passion for software engineering and quality.
• Strong mentoring and knowledge-sharing skills.
• Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with modern technology stack: TypeScript, ReactJS, Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes.
