Overview

GEICO is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Data Engineering to lead a team in building high-performance data engineering solutions and managing the transition to a modern data platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience supervising technical teams.
• Strong understanding of data management concepts.
• Hands-on experience with modern open data stack technologies.
• Proficiency in cloud computing technologies.
• Fluency in at least one programming language.
• Experience with CI/CD and testing practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field.
