Overview

Convera is looking for an experienced, collaborative Sales Enablement Business Partner to join our Segment Curriculum Team in Sales Growth & Enablement.

In Short

  • Be a trusted partner to sales and sales managers within your assigned segment.
  • Design and implement programs for sellers, outlining required courses and learning objectives.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to curate effective content.
  • Ensure appropriate training modalities are developed based on learning objectives.
  • Work with instructional designers to develop effective learning modules.
  • Ensure all training materials are accessible via Highspot.
  • Regularly review performance data to measure effectiveness of enablement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in Sales Enablement within a B2B sales environment.
  • Experience in designing and delivering onboarding and everboarding programs.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Sales Enablement tools including HighSpot LMS.
  • Experience managing multiple training delivery modalities.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
