Overview

Join the Snowflake team as a Sales Engineering Enablement Partner, where you will play a key role in creating and implementing our SE enablement strategy.

In Short

  • Build, implement, and manage enablement programs for the sales organization.
  • Demonstrate discipline in strategic planning.
  • Establish yourself as a key member of the SE leadership team.
  • Contribute to the Global SE Enablement plan.
  • Collaborate with the Global SE Onboarding team.
  • Build strategic partnerships for content creation and delivery.
  • Collaborate with peers to create greater scale and share resources.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in enterprise software and sales engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Exceptional business, technical, and sales acumen.
  • Deep technical expertise in OLAP/OLTP, SQL, and/or Python.
  • Snowflake experience is a plus.
  • Data science or Spark experience is a plus.
  • Experience in designing and delivering enablement programs.
  • Ability to lead through influence.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in a fast-changing environment.
