Overview

This role is part of our Sales Enablement team, within our Revenue Operations organization. You will play a critical role in executing strategy to drive revenue growth and support sellers with learning content, tools, insights, and training.

In Short

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine sellers' learning needs.
  • Identify skill gaps and build enablement programs.
  • Tailor solutions based on audience needs.
  • Establish KPIs to track enablement initiatives.
  • Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training.
  • Ensure enablement content is up-to-date.
  • Cultivate a community of expert practitioners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends.
  • Research tools and methodologies for learning consulting.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales enablement and training experience.
  • Proven track record in designing effective enablement programs.
  • Ability to manage learning projects from analysis to evaluation.
  • Experience in training high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles.
  • Experience with content creation and knowledge management.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the year.
