Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Staff Cloud Security Engineer to join our growing team at Gusto, focusing on designing and implementing secure cloud architectures.

• Design and implement secure and scalable multi-account AWS strategies.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive IAM strategy.
• Lead architectural design and rollout of permissions.
• Take ownership of AWS environment security.

• Familiarity with AWS Service control policies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cloud security.
• Expert-level knowledge of AWS security best practices.
• Experience designing secure multi-account AWS strategies.
• Understanding of IAM and RBAC implementation.
• Strong network architecture skills in AWS services.
• Expertise in encryption and key management standards.
• CI/CD expertise.
• IaC expertise.
