Senior Manager, Risk & Fraud: Trust & Safety - Remote

Overview

As Shippo’s Trust & Safety lead, you will take full ownership of protecting our ecosystem from fraud and abuse, leveraging your technical expertise and data-driven approach to build and execute strategies that tackle complex fraud issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years in fraud prevention or risk management.
• Experience in marketplaces or payment platforms.
• Proven ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
• Skilled in fraud tooling and analytics.
• Comfortable in high-risk decision-making situations.
• Strong communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Entrepreneurial mindset—proactive and resourceful.
