As the Director of Carrier Operations at Shippo, you'll lead a new team focused on enhancing the operational backbone of our Carrier services, ensuring shipping reliability, billing accuracy, and customer trust.

• Lead a newly formed Carrier Operations team.
• Monitor and resolve anomalies in shipping, rating, and billing systems.

• Own the lifecycle of rating operations and ensure accurate billing.

• Drive improvements in data workflows across departments.
• Foster a culture of accountability and systems thinking.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in operations, program management, or finance.
• Proven track record in building operational functions in high-growth environments.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a systems-level approach.
• Strong analytical skills to create dashboards and processes.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams for data-driven solutions.
