Overview

As a Business Development Representative at Shippo, you will play a crucial role in driving new revenue and supporting our sales organization by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities.

In Short

  • Manage all inbound sales campaigns.
  • Research and personalize outreach to high potential Mid Market and Enterprise leads.
  • Identify and implement new outreach strategies to improve sales metrics.
  • Qualify leads using BANT criteria.
  • Schedule appointments for Account Executives.
  • Utilize Salesforce for lead management and activity logging.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Development Representative.
  • Proficient with Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
