IT Director - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Director to lead our IT team and manage our technology infrastructure while ensuring security and compliance.

In Short

• Lead and mentor a small IT team while managing hands-on technical implementations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership in IT operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and security controls.
• Expertise in infrastructure automation using Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of endpoint management for Mac and Windows.
• Proven experience with Zero Trust security models and IAM best practices.
• Experience managing firewalls, VPNs, and threat detection systems.
• Ability to automate IT workflows using scripting and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach.
